What is your Return Policy?
The buyer must pay for the delivery service chosen during the order and provide the exact delivery location.
The buyer is responsible for accepting the goods themselves. If the buyer cannot accept the goods themselves and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the buyer cannot make claims to the seller regarding the delivery to the wrong entity.
The goods will be delivered by the seller or the seller's authorized representative (courier), and other delivery methods may be used depending on the chosen method.
The goods will be sent to the buyer within 1-7 working days from the confirmation of payment.
The buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping of the purchased item, and the amount depends on the size of the parcel, the recipient's country, and the rates of the chosen courier service.
The seller is released from responsibility for violating delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the buyer or circumstances beyond the seller's control.
If the package is received in damaged packaging, contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of them, or an incomplete product package, the buyer must immediately inform the seller.
If the buyer notices any damage to the package during delivery, they must indicate the comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate document regarding these violations. The buyer must photograph all damage to the packaging or the purchase and provide the seller with good quality and high-resolution photographs in the presence of the courier.
If the buyer does not take these actions, the seller is released from responsibility against the buyer for product damage related to packaging damage that the buyer did not note in the delivery document of the courier.

Yes, to all foreign countries, paintings are transported by TNT / FedEx couriers. The picture arrives anywhere in the world within 2-3 weeks, parcels travel insured and with a tracking number,

At our company, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We offer a 14-day no-risk money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will arrange for the collection and return shipment of the artwork at no cost to you.
Please note that in order for a returns request to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The artwork must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
The artwork must be carefully prepared for return shipment in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. We recommend taking care when unpacking received artworks to ensure their safe return.
In case of damaged artwork, please provide us with a photo of the damage, so that the artist can learn more about what went wrong with their particular shipment.
