1. Shipping: Elephant Foot Gallery does not handle shipping for any artwork purchased. The responsibility of shipping lies solely with the artist. Once the purchase is made, the artist will be responsible for packaging and shipping the artwork to the customer.
2. Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the painting must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
2.1 Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
3. Payment: Elephant Foot Gallery uses a secure payment system to process all transactions. We accept all major credit cards.
4. Sales Tax: We are required by law to charge sales tax on all artwork purchased in the state of New Jersey. Sales tax will be added to the total cost of the artwork at the time of checkout.
5. Artwork Availability: All artwork displayed on Elephant Foot Gallery is subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an artwork becomes unavailable after purchase, the artist will contact the customer to arrange for a refund or an alternative artwork of equal value.

Shipping Policy
How It Works
We do not handle the shipping of our artists' paintings. The artists themselves will be responsible for shipping the paintings to you once we have received your shipping address. Once we know where to send the painting, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. Our flat rate for shipping is $150 USD, but if the actual cost of shipping is less than $150, we will refund the difference to you. If the cost of shipping exceeds $150, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

To ensure that the artwork is protected during the return process, please securely package it using the materials provided by us and contact us to coordinate the return. Once we receive the returned artwork, we will confirm the receipt by email and issue a refund or exchange the artwork for another piece of your choice. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
